How do I book a ticket online?
Choose where you are travelling from and to, pick your travel date, and search for available buses.
Select your departure time and class, choose your seats on the bus chart, pick your boarding and dropping points, and enter each passenger's details.
Choose M-Pesa, Airtel Money (Uganda), MTN MoMo, Visa card or bank payment and press the WhatsApp button. Your booking details are sent to our sales agent, who confirms your seats and sends the payment details.
Once payment is received your agent confirms the booking and ticket number.
If you have any difficulty booking online, call our customer care lines and we will help you through it.
Can I choose my seat?
Yes. The seat chart shows every seat on the coach and you pick the ones you want.
Each class runs on its own coach with its own seat map, and the fare depends on the class you choose. The price is shown as you select your seat.
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can book as a guest and never create one.
Where do I find my ticket after paying?
Your ticket and booking details are sent to you by your sales agent on WhatsApp or SMS as soon as the payment is confirmed.
How do I pay for my ticket?
Choose M-Pesa, Airtel Money (Uganda), MTN MoMo, Visa card or bank payment when you book. Our sales agent sends you the payment details and the reference to use on WhatsApp.
Always quote that reference - it is what matches your payment to your booking.
